Hi I’m Rachel and I live in Nether Broughton, Leicestershire in England with my husband, 2 gorgeous poodles and my amazing American Quarter Horse.
In 2014 I decided to have a go at drawing a portrait of my horse and discovered that I had a bit of talent and a lot of passion for drawing. I loved it! So now I draw in my spare time, and this gives me the opportunity to combine my love of animals and drawing.
I love to create a pet portrait which captures the personality and expression of a beloved animal. I started drawing in graphite pencils and have recently discovered a love of coloured pencils on this exciting journey.
